1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and to select international destinations.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available to all major cities and towns within India.
  • International Shipping: Available to selected countries; shipping charges and delivery times may vary.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and any unforeseen delays (holidays, customs clearance, etc.).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or if it remains unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. EitherStyle.online is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Delays & Exceptions

We strive to deliver your order on time, but occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, pandemic restrictions, etc.) may occur.
