Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to EitherStyle.online! We value your satisfaction and want you to love every item you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at EitherStyle.online.
- Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
- Click Request Return and fill in the required details.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items (subject to availability). Please follow the return steps above and select “Exchange” instead of “Refund.”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@eitherstyle.online within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Please keep your return shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
